Generally, we provide a wiring diagram in the user manual. For some popular products we also provide installation videos. You can follow our YouTube channel for guidance.
If you don't have installation experience, we recommend seeking professional assistance. (Our wiring does not include installation services.)
Our product page includes a detailed compatibility list. If you're still unsure, contact our support team and send your vehicle model and a picture of your original car radio for verification.
This is usually caused by two common problems:
- Incorrect cable connection. Pay special attention to the USB cable, as the connection method may vary by vehicle. Some models may require a ribbon cable connection.
- Incorrect DIP switch setting. Check the correct switch combination on the back of the box or in the user manual. If you have tried all settings and it still doesn't work, please contact our customer support.
You need to configure the AUX audio or Bluetooth audio as described in the user manual.
- If your original car supports Bluetooth music, we recommend using Bluetooth audio for better sound quality.
- Note:
- Some cars do not support Bluetooth music, so you must use AUX audio instead.
- Some cars cannot support both AUX and Bluetooth audio, meaning you may need to remove AUX first.
- AirPlay, Android, and USB media playback do not support Bluetooth audio.
First, determine if you are using an OEM camera or an aftermarket camera. Then set the correct camera option in the module settings.
- For OEM cameras: No additional wiring is usually needed.
- For aftermarket cameras: Check if the wiring is connected correctly — you only need to connect the reverse + rear camera input (no additional cables needed).
Ensure that the DIP settings are configured correctly.
Go to Reverse Camera Settings and set the delay time to 0.
In the module settings, switch the WiFi channel and try different values until the connection becomes stable.
If the module is working normally, we do not recommend updating the firmware. If an issue requires a firmware update, please take a photo of the module version information found in the module settings page and send it to us for the correct firmware file.
This is usually caused by incorrect cable connections, especially the power cable. Please refer to the manual or installation videos to ensure all cables are properly and securely connected.
The original car microphone only works when Bluetooth audio is selected. When using AUX audio, the original microphone will not work and you must use an aftermarket microphone instead.
The method can be found in the user manual, but it varies by car model. If the standard switching method doesn't work, try the following:
- Insert a USB drive in wired USB CarPlay — this may trigger the system switch automatically.
- If switching still doesn't work, check if the cables are connected correctly and if the DIP settings are properly configured.
Go to Settings and enable the Noise Cancellation feature. If it doesn't work the first time, try multiple times until the issue is resolved.
- Create a 1920×700 PNG image and rename it to splashlogo.png.
- Place the image in the root directory of a USB flash drive and insert it into the module.
- The logo will be updated automatically — you will see a success message. Then reboot the device.
This is usually due to an incorrect resolution setting. Go to Module Settings → Car Settings → Resolution, select the correct resolution, and set the screen into the correct resolution. If this does not resolve the issue:
- Disconnect all cables, turn off the engine, lock the car, and wait 5 minutes.
- Reconnect all cables and restart the car.
If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Please refer to the original car's OEM system. Please refer to the FAQ docs for your specific model for step-by-step guidance.
