Refund Policy

At Beemrlabs, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we understand that situations may arise where an exchange is needed — and we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
  • A request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We cannot accept exchanges for:
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale items or gift cards

How to Request an Exchange

To begin an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at +7477648360 with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

⚠️ Please do not send items back to us without requesting an exchange first.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will confirm whether your exchange is approved.

  • If approved, you may select another product of equal value
  • If the new item is higher priced, you will need to pay the difference
  • If your item is not approved, it will be returned to you at your cost

Shipping Policy

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location within the UK.

  • Standard UK delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express UK delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery of their parcel. Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection are not eligible for a refund until received back by us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility
  • Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover return costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
